Paula Sullivan
Passionately serving the community for over 25 years, Paula Sullivan, President & CEO of the Wright Resource Group along with her business partner created – Inspiring Tomorrow’s Leaders (ITL), a 501c3 non-profit organization where she was appointed to the role of Board Chairwoman in 2018.

Patricia Wright Stewart
Patricia Wright-Stewart is the Senior Vice President and partner of The Wright Resource Group and has over 20 years of leadership and management development experience, including 16 years of Human Resources Development and Training as a performance consultant and life coach to C-level executives.

Nancy St. Jacobs
Nancy St. Jacobs is a financial industries expert and has worked in various roles in the field of banking since 1992 with 17 years devoted to North Texas.

Neelu Sethi
Neelu Sethi brings 22+ years of experience across Consumer-Product-Groups, Hospitality, Healthcare and Textile industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President – Chief Information Officer, Transformation, Change and Digital Enabler for Reddy Ice. She brings vision, leadership, and direction to our organization. Neelu has been invited as a guest speaker to a dozen leadership events and continues to inspire her community.

Chief Executive Officer
Sheila Marks
Sheila Marks joined the organization in 2016 serving as Chief Operating Officer. She was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2018, and comes to the organization after 35 years of service with AT&T. During her tenure there, she held a variety of roles in Human Resources, Network Planning, Sales, Operations, Officer's Chief of Staff and Marketing. Sheila is the President-CEO of ConceptMasters, a management consulting, training & organizational development firm.
Intake Specialist
Adjoa Stjon
Adjoa Stjon, a retired member of the United States Air Force and Air National Guard will serve as ITL’s intake specialist. She has more than ten years of experience in customer service, client management, problem-solving, and recruitment. Adjoa has performed in confidential roles as a recruitment representative for AARP and mastered the skills to enlist constituents in respective programs. Ms. Stjon has an Associate of Science in Business Administration – El Centro College, Dallas TX.
Certified Bookkeeper
Donica Campbell
Donica Campbell has had 10 years of experience in the financial industry with knowledge in tax preparation, underwriting mortgages, and complex financial transactions. Donica has performed and overseen all of the accounting and finance functions for ITL since January 2011.
