ITL leverages and develop employment as a tool that will lead to the growth of assets such as living wage income; employment benefits including retirement accounts, vacation and sick days; health insurance; a higher credit score/ and strong savings.


This impact is demonstrated with:

  • Over 1,948 constituents recruited to our workforce development programs.

  • Training, development and mentorship provided to over 877 individuals.

  • Secured employment for 162 individuals in assignments paying above minimum wage with a job retention rate of 80%.
