We network with employers for employment opportunities for our graduates. We also support their understanding of workplace and systemic factors which impact the employability, job retention and upward mobility for individual that come from historically marginalized communities. We offer an opportunity for employers to partner with us in accessing a well trained employer pool of eager graduates who are ready to access success in their industries.
Digital Equity Program
In order to maximize digital access, we committed to bridging the digital divide by providing laptops to our trainees so they can participate in our online training classes.
